We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Real Estate Marketers. In this role, the marketer will play a crucial part in promoting and marketing our prime residential and commercial plots within our Estates.
The efforts of the marketers will contribute directly to the growth and success of our projects while providing opportunity to earn competitive commissions.
Job Responsibilities
Promote and market our residential and commercial plots to potential investors and buyers.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase the unique value proposition of our Estate to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and offering tailored solutions.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our Estate's offerings, pricing, and benefits.
Keep abreast of market trends and competition, providing valuable insights to enhance our offerings.
Represent The our Estates/Projects with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Self-motivated with a drive to excel in a commission-based role.
Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with Epe and Lagos real estate market is advantageous.
Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage online platforms for marketing.
High level of integrity, honesty, and customer-centric mindset.
