• Maintain the organization and tidiness of the front desk area to reflect the company's image.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/NCE in any discipline with proven work experience.

• Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
• Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase the unique value proposition of our Estate to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and offering tailored solutions.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our Estate's offerings, pricing, and benefits.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competition, providing valuable insights to enhance our offerings.
• Represent The our Estates/Projects  with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.

• Familiarity with Epe and Lagos real estate market is advantageous.
