    Freelance Digital Marketer/Social Media Executive

    LOCATION: Surulere

    Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are looking for a driven Freelance Digital Marketing/Social Media Executive to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

    Summary

    The Freelance Digital Marketing Executive/Social Media Executive is responsible for looking into the online marketing strategies for the ministry and the other subsidiaries in the group. You will be required to plan and execute marketing campaigns, maintain and supply contents for the organizations’ websites.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage social media campaign.
    • Manage all websites
    • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, LinkedIn etc.
    • Track all website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
    • Fix any error in online content and arrange webinars and webcasts (if/when necessary)
    • Must be physically available for all ministry and other company’s events and programs
    • Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
    • Plan and monitor the fellowship`s ongoing digital presence
    • Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that both fellowship and brands(companies) are aware of industry developments.
    • Maintain ministerial relevancy by identifying and analyzing the latest digital trends and tech developments in mobile marketing
    • Use and research the internet and new media to reach new followers, generate leads and retain existing followers
    • Analyze media research and plan ministerial awareness, and other various creative
    • Work on SEO (search engine optimization) of all the website pages.
    • Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
    • Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
    • Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc
    • Creating and executing SMS, and email-based campaign awareness.
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
    • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
    • Design and implement social media strategy to align with fellowship goals
    • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
    • Collaborate with other teams, church administrators, technical department, and program committee to ensure media consistency
    • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor followers and people`s reviews
    • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
    • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
    • Suggest and implement new features to develop church programs awareness.
    • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

    Requirements

    • HND or BSc in marketing, digital technology or relevant field.
    • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
    • Hands on experience in content management
    • Must be physically available for all ministry and other company’s events and programs
    • Must know all about social networking and viral marketing campaigns
    • Must be efficient in using technical language effectively, using all the
    • appropriate internet jargon, and they should know what makes a product
    • innovative in the digital world
    • Should be comfortable writing and communicating effectively about technology.
    • Broad knowledge of all digital marketing channels
    • Must be able to think creatively about innovative approaches to meet with people`s demands

    Specific Knowledge

    • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
    • Solid knowledge of SEM, keyword research and Google Analytics
    • Familiarity with graphic design
    • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

    Required skills

    • Excellent copywriting skills
    • Knowledge of online marketing channels
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Analytical and multitasking skills


    Salary: Open to negotiation
