• We are expanding our recruitment capacity and looking to partner with experienced recruiters to support multiple recruitment projects across various industries & locatioms (Nigeria & Africa)
• If you are passionate about talent acquisition, have a proven ability to source quality candidates, and enjoy working independently while delivering results, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen and interview candidates against  job requirements.
• Prepare and submit high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely progress updates on assigned vacancies.
• Meet agreed recruitment timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
