Foods and Beverage Manager at Sales Force Consulting

Responsibilities

• Managing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, conferences, events, and room service.
• Ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Creating and maintaining menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences.
• Monitoring inventory levels and managing ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints promptly
• Training, mentoring, and supervising subordinates staff to deliver exceptional food and beverage quality.

Qualifications

• First Degree / HND in Food Science and Technology or related field.
• Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years work experience in similar role
• Other related certifications is an advantage.

Other Conditions:

• Proven experience in foods and beverage segment of hotel management
• Familiarity with the hotel industry dynamics and guest management
• Must age less than 45 years.
