Food and Beverage Manager at The Delborough Lagos

Role Description

• We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our F&B operations across multiple outlets.
• The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality, capable of balancing day-to-day operations with strategic business growth.

You will:

• Oversee all aspects of F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining.
• Drive financial performance through revenue growth, cost management, and innovative promotions.
• Ensure consistency in service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand positioning.
• Mentor, train, and inspire a diverse team to deliver best-in-class experiences.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives that reinforce The Delborough as the benchmark for luxury in Lagos.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial F&B role (Assistant F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager in luxury hotels or fine-dining establishments).
• Proven track record of operational excellence and financial acumen.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a hands-on management style.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management (or equivalent professional background) preferred.
• Candidates must already reside in the country.
