Hotel Operations Manager at Mulligan Hotel

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance)
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints or concerns
• Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Monitor staff performance, conduct training, and enforce company standards
• Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and support revenue growth
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall hotel presentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve business goals
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance metrics

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in hotel operations or management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
