    Floor Manager (Wellness Center)

    Responsibilities
    Lead Management & Conversion and Sales team training:

    • Ensure that sales team attends to the inbound and outbound leads from walk-ins, calls, digital platforms, and referrals with professionalism and promptness.
    • Train and monitor the team on lead conversion techniques, services, ethical selling, and client communication.
    • Monitor inquiry-to-conversion ratios and improve sales funnel efficiency

    Marketing & Promotion Support:

    • Represent the wellness center at exhibitions, events, and outreach programs.
    • Design and sell wellness memberships, therapy packages, and long-term programs.
    • Assist in designing attractive pricing, bundles, and offers.
    • Track renewals, upgrades, and retention of existing clients.
    • Assist in branding, printing and design selection.
    • Create a strong loyal customers base.

    Client Experience:

    • Handle operational issues and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure clients are welcomed, guided, and attended to in a calm and professional manner.
    • Connect with the walk-in clients and convert into sales and loyal customers.
    • Ensure seamless client journey from inquiry to service completion.
    • Maintain high standards of service quality, punctuality and client satisfaction
    • Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement

    Operations:

    • Manage daily operations of the wellness center including Spa therapies, wellness programs, space rentals, events etc.
    • Develop, implement, and improve SOPs for operations, client handling, sales work flow, cleanliness & hygiene etc.
    • Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and support staff.
    • Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
    • Ensure calming ambience—music, lighting, aroma, temperature—are well maintained.
    • Vendor selection, coordination for timely procurement, ensuring optimal stock levels and payment for the wellness shop.
    • Manage the requirements of the guest house and vehicles.
    • Facility management of the center.

    Human Resource Functions:

    • Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviews, background checks, and onboarding.
    • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
    • Ensure smooth joining, probation confirmation, and exit processes
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and licenses.
    • Assist the team in structuring salaries, incentives, and benefits.
    • Foster a positive, respectful, and wellness-aligned work environment
    • Address employee grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution.
    • Promote work-life balance, wellbeing, and team harmony.
    • Promote continuous learning and professional growth.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a similar, fast-paced environment such as retail or hospitality.
    • Ability to demonstratestrong organizational skills.
    • Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff to achieve sales and service goals.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and upper management.
    • Sales and Negotiation Skills.
    • Knowledge of inventory management, daily operations, and merchandising standards.
