We are a dynamic and growing restaurant seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, waiter/waitresses, and runners to ensure efficient service delivery
Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager/General Manager
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Floor Manager in a high-volume restaurant
Minimum of BSc in any related field
Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Knowledge of restaurant operations, labor laws, and health and safety regulations
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
