Fleet Engagement Officer at Kwik Delivery

• You are customer-centric and process-oriented, and you have a good understanding of fleet management.
• You can provide very good experience to fleet operators that will ensure overall fleet conditions and performance.
• You are ready to roll up your sleeves, join a passionate team, and build a business at light speed while tackling the large Nigerian parcel shipping market.
• You will make sure that our amazing services are available and perfectly executed to our customers conveniently and seamlessly.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, anticipate, and resolve challenges that can disrupt fleet performance
• Manage real time fleet issues; ensures prompt resolutions
• Close the communication gap with the fleet and customers for ongoing orders
• Give a structured and actionable daily feedback to the Head, Fleet Management
• Ensure a smooth operational process to tackle hindrances that will affect riders' availability
• Responsible for retention of riders and creating a happy atmosphere amongst the riders
• Make sure all couriers adhere to Kwik regulations, SLAs and SOPs.
• Ensure fleet availability to meet all customers request across the state.

What You'll Bring

• BA / B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences or Operations or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer experience issue resolution
• Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of excel / google sheets and ease with a variety of tech platforms and reporting.
