Job Description

• The Head of Operations & Customer Experience (CX) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities while designing and driving exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
• This role requires a strategic leader who can optimize processes, improve service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction aligns with the organization’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
• Design and implement customer experience strategies that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations and customer service teams.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational and CX strategies with business goals.
• Prepare and present operational and CX reports to management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 - 4 years experience.

Performance Review & Growth

• Salary: N400,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
• Salary review and possible increase after 3 months based on performance.
