Job Description

• We're seeking for an art instructor who can inspire and support students' self-expression and creativity. Students' creative thinking should be encouraged, and the art tutor should be able to teach them artistic techniques and inform them about the social, cultural, political, and economic elements that have influenced art throughout history.

Responsibilities

• Teach knowledge and skills in art, including drawing, painting, lettering, and art history
• Instruct students in proper care and use of tools and equipment
• Plan and present art displays and exhibitions designed to exhibit students’ work for the school and the community environment during group rehearsals, practices, and performances
• Evaluate each student’s performance and growth in knowledge and aesthetic understandings, and prepare pro

Required

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts (desirable)
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching Arts Key Focus Areas and prepare progress reports
