Job Description (Financial Sales Advisor)
- Recommend suitable financial products e.g investment, insurance & retirement plan.
- Sell insurance products.
Qualification
- Minimum of First Degree BSC/BA /HND/ND.
Competency Requirement:
- Candidate must possess good communication skills.
- Candidate must possess a strong drive for results.
- Candidate must be confident and articulate.
Job Description (Retail Sales Manager)
- Recommend suitable financial products e.g investment, insurance & retirement plan.
- Sell insurance products.
- To lead and manage a minimum portfolio of 15 Financial Advisors to achieve the objectives set in the annual sales plan.
- Provide Training support to the Financial Service Advisors (FSAs).
Qualification
- Minimum of First Degree B.Sc / BA / HND / ND / NCE
- Minimum of 2 years in Sales and Marketing of Insurance Business.
Remuneration
- Fixed Pay / Variable Allowance (N85,000) + Commission (Financial Sales Advisor).
- Fixed Pay / Variable Allowance(N85,000 - N250,000) + High Commission on product sold (Retail Sales Manager).
