    Financial Service Associate & Retail Sales Manager

    Job Description (Financial Sales Advisor)

    • Recommend suitable financial products e.g investment, insurance & retirement plan.
    • Sell insurance products.

    Qualification

    • Minimum of First Degree BSC/BA /HND/ND.

    Competency Requirement:

    • Candidate must possess good communication skills.
    • Candidate must possess a strong drive for results.
    • Candidate must be confident and articulate.

    Job Description (Retail Sales Manager)

    • Recommend suitable financial products e.g investment, insurance & retirement plan.
    • Sell insurance products.
    • To lead and manage a minimum portfolio of 15 Financial Advisors to achieve the objectives set in the annual sales plan.
    • Provide Training support to the Financial Service Advisors (FSAs).

    Qualification

    • Minimum of First Degree B.Sc / BA / HND / ND / NCE
    • Minimum of 2 years in Sales and Marketing of Insurance Business.

    Remuneration

    • Fixed Pay / Variable Allowance (N85,000) + Commission (Financial Sales Advisor).
    • Fixed Pay / Variable Allowance(N85,000 - N250,000) + High Commission on product sold (Retail Sales Manager).
