Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst-FMCG at Givanas Group of Companies

Reports To: Group Finance Manager

About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support our finance team with insightful analysis, financial modeling, and strategic reporting. The ideal candidate will help improve profitability, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze SKU-level profitability, pricing, and product performance
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
• Conduct budget vs. actual analysis across departments and cost centers
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
• Support costing analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams
• Ensure data integrity across ERP and BI reporting systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Power BI
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CFA, CPA) are an advantage
