    Financial Controller

    Job Summary

    • The Financial Controller will oversee financial management and reporting for a multi-family office serving Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
    • This role requires expertise in financial planning, cashflow management, budgeting, and project accounting. 
    • The ideal candidate will collaborate with wealth managers, tax advisors, and auditors to ensure financial integrity and provide tailored insights.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate financial reports for compliance with local and international regulations.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Align budgets with goals, conduct variance analysis, and optimize cost management.
    • Cash Flow Management: Develop cash flow models, recommend capital allocation, and maintain liquidity for operations.
    • Transaction Processing: Oversee transactions and maintain strong financial controls.
    • Project Accounting: Manage finances for real estate, private equity, and philanthropic initiatives.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with clients, bankers, and auditors; provide portfolio updates.
    • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and lead audits with robust internal controls.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting (Master’s Degree preferred). ACA, ACCA, or CFA certification required.
    • Minimum of 8 years of financial management experience, preferably in Banking or Microfinance Sector Experience.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
