    Financial Admin

    What You’ll Do

    • As the Financial Administrator at Naxawellness, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial activities on a daily basis. You will serve as the primary finance contact for the business handling payments, managing accounts, maintaining records, and supporting financial decision-making processes. Your work will help ensure the financial health, accuracy, and compliance of our operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Transaction Monitoring & Payment Confirmation: Track and confirm all incoming and outgoing payments. Liaise with relevant teams to ensure financial transactions are properly documented and timely.
    • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of all financial activities, including expenses, payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
    • Banking & Account Management: Manage company bank accounts and interface with banking platforms. Ensure all statements and balances are reconciled monthly.
    • Expense & Budget Tracking: Monitor department spending against budgets and flag any inconsistencies or areas of concern.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries and assist with end-of-month reports, ensuring leadership has a clear view of the company’s financial position.
    • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
    • Vendor & Invoice Management: Track vendor payments, process supplier invoices, and maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.
    • Support in Audit & Tax Processes: Assist in preparing documentation for external audits or tax filings as required.

    What We’re Looking For

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive individual who has a strong foundation in financial management and a clear understanding of best practices in accounting and finance. You should be organized, discreet, and committed to maintaining accurate and confidential financial records.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in a financial admin, finance assistant, or accounts officer role.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
    • Familiarity with accounting software or platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Wave, Zoho Books) is an added advantage.
    • Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive financial information.
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
