    Finance Manager

    Job Description

    • We are in need of a well detail-oriented and strategically minded finance manager to lead our finance operations and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
    • The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of financial modeling and the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
    • The senior finance managerwill be responsible formanaging and handling the financial activities and reports of the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts.
    • Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and present insights to the executive team.
    • Strategic Growth: Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify opportunities for expansion or cost-saving.
    • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations while maintaining robust internal controls.
    • Team Leadership: Oversee [Accounting/Accounts Payable/Receivable] teams and foster a culture of professional development.
    • Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity and manage investment strategies to optimize company capital.

    Acadmic Qualification & Experience

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance orAccounting(MBA preferred and ACArequired).
    • Experience: [X]+ years in a finance role, with at least [X] years in a management or lead capacity.
    • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in ERP software and advanced mastery of Excel andVLOOKUPs
    • Analytical Rigor: A proven track record of using data to solve complex business problems.
    • Communication and financial presentation through powerpoint.
