Finance Manager at Pinnah Foods

• We are seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen our finance function and help drive business growth. This is a strategic role for an agile, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced consumer business environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting for all outlets and central operations.
• Partner with business leaders to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide clear insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role (QSR, FMCG, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial systems and tools.
• Excellent knowledge of management reporting, budgeting, and controls.
• A collaborative leader who can influence, challenge assumptions, and drive results.ACA/ACCA or other professional certification is a strong advantage
