As the Finance Associate, you will support the finance function by managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims in line with company policies.
Support monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.
Assist with preparation of management accounts, financial reports, and budgets.
Track operating expenses and support cost control initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within healthcare or a structured organization.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and numerical skills.
