    Finance / Admin Officer

    • The Sterling Inclusive Education and Development Initiative (SIEDI) is a  nonprofit organization committed to promoting inclusive education, disability rights, leadership, and economic empowerment for marginalized children and youth, as well as their caregivers, including those with disabilities and  the internally displaced in Nigeria..     • We are seeking for an experienced Finance Officer, willing to deliver on the following roles and more

    Key Roles of the Finance/Admin

    • Financial Support
    • Processing transactions like payment to vendors or staff reimbursement
    • Help with budget tracking & financial report to keep project within budget
    • Support the preparation of financial documents for audit or donor report
    • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage office supplies ensuring the team has what they need
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff or partners, like booking hotels or flights
    • Help maintain data bases for contacts, donors or project records
    • Compliance and reporting
    • Ensure SIEDI adheres to financial regulations and donor requirements
    • Assist in preparing reports of financial performance for management or external stakeholders
    • Office Operations 
    • Provide administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.

    Requirements:

    • A Bachelor degree in related field
    • 2-3 years work experience in Finance Management. Passion to deliver in the desired role is crucial (experience in the NGO space is an added advantage).
    • Reside within Abuja; preferably within or around Garki-Lugbe
    • Salary Range: ₦180,000-₦200,000
    • Be able to communicate efficiently in English.
    • Conversant with computer (Microsoft Office)
