Finance & Accounting Graduate Intern at Cam Dairy Foods Limited

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail oriented entry-level graduate that is fascinated with numbers and excited for an opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment. Your responsibilities will range across most finance functions.

The position is a one-year paid internship and candidates with excellent performance will be retained and offered a full-time position. The company will also sponsor professional exams if the candidate is looking to obtain a professional finance qualification.

The ideal candidate should have an exceptional academic background in the areas of finance and accounting, and have an ambition to build an equally exceptional career as a finance professional.

Skills and Attributes:

• Organised individual with ability to draft documents, maintain records and archive documentation
• Excellent numeracy, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail - ability to accurately document and verify data
• Ability to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form
• General knowledge of various productivity and finance software applications
• Analytic mind with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a diverse, team-based environment
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines

Role Requirements:

• Recent undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Minimum of a second-class honours, upper division (2:1) undergraduate degree qualification
• Interest in pursuing ICAN / ACCA is a plus
