Field Sales Specialist

- Experience 2 - 4 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
Role Overview

We’re hiring a female Field Sales Specialist to drive business growth through strategic client engagement and solution-based selling. This role supports gender balance in the workforce.

Requirements
- Female candidate
- 2–4 years experience in Sales or Marketing
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Sciences is a plus)
Key Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management
- Experience in outside sales, business development, or B2B sales
- Industrial/engineering product sales (advantage)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Lagos Island, Lekki, and FTZE (plus)
