    Field Sales Manager

    Objectives of this role

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our Field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies, and expanding our market presence. If you are passionate about sales, leadership, and achieving targets, we would love to hear from you!

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales representatives.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to improve results.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
    • Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and market conditions.
    • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and sales procedures.
    • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

    Required skills and qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • years of experience in field sales, with at least 3 -5 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
    • Willingness to travel extensively.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
