    Field Sales Agent

This inspired us to create WAYA, our mobile application that enable our clients’ access financial services through mobile devices seamlessly, in real time as well as enabling talk and chat at no cost to them. Now they can WAYA their money, their talks their chats because WAYA understands their needs.

    Job Descriptions


    • We offer a payment and social communication platfrom services. Your job is to go to the stores and sell our app to the stores and let them sign up.
    • Work on business development of our product and services
    • You will go from store to store, from street to street to sign up merchants/stores in our payment and social media platform
    • Provide timely feedback to the Business development manager
    • Identify and resolve client complaints and enquires promptly.
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
    • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
    • Conduct cold calls on selected segments and obtain client's information such as name, address, (many others)
    • Maintain records of current client accounts.
    • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, English, Business Administration, Communication or related disciplines.
    • Experience with Agency Banking Tele marketing
    •  2 years of experience
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficient in English
    • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
    • Persistent and results-oriented
    • Possesses teamwork, leadership and facilitation skills
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Possess strong business acumen.
