Field Engineer Trainee at Welltec

THE POSITION

• The Field Engineer Trainee assists in delivering efficient services of the highest quality as instructed by an assigned mentor/leading engineer.
• Participates in operations on well site and learns to perform Welltec operations in accordance with Welltec standard instructions and in conjunction with third-party service company personnel on location, land or offshore.
• Gains operational experience and knowledge and competencies required for advancement to Field Engineer 2 (FE2).
• Completes all relevant formal education and participates in all extra curriculum activities.
• Assists in completing all relevant paperwork associated with a job.
• Assist in maintaining and repairing Welltec® equipment at Welltec® facilities and on location as required
• Acquires knowledge of all requirements of the Quality Management System, Welltec’s Standards of Performance, all Welltec HSE, HR and company policies and procedures
• Will at any time act as an ambassador for Welltec and Welltec technology when participating on a job by following instructions given by mentor/leading engineer.

• No prior experience required
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable university
• Good command of the English language
