    Field Business Developer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquire, onboard, and manage merchants within assigned territories
    • Drive POS and product adoption among merchants
    • Execute deployment tasks, reactivation, and margin swap activities
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    • Cover assigned sales territories effectively and efficiently.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of OND qualification
    • Prior experience in sales or field marketing is an added advantage
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in the field
    • Professional attitude and good brand representation.
