    Fiber Marketing Personnel (Abuja)

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking results-driven Field Fiber Marketing Personnel to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our fiber broadband services in Abuja (FCT).
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for field prospecting, lead generation, territory activation, and converting prospects into paying subscribers.
    • This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to execute consistently in a target-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Field Prospecting & Customer Acquisition:

    • Conduct door-to-door marketing within assigned territories.
    • Identify and engage potential residential and business customers.
    • Educate prospects on fiber broadband packages and benefits.
    • Generate qualified leads and close sales.

    Territory Activation:

    • Execute estate activations, roadshows, and community campaigns.
    • Distribute marketing materials within target clusters.
    • Build relationships with estate managers, landlords, and business hubs.

    Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth:

    • Follow up on leads until closure.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Process customer onboarding documentation accurately.
    • Ensure proper plan mapping and payment confirmation.

    Reporting & Performance Tracking:

    • Provide daily field activity reports.
    • Track conversions and pipeline progress.
    • Update CRM or reporting systems accordingly.

    Market Intelligence:

    • Monitor competitor activities within the assigned territory.
    • Provide feedback on pricing sensitivity and customer objections.
    • Suggest strategic improvements to increase market penetration.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Monthly subscriber acquisition target.
    • Conversion rate (leads to paid customers).
    • Revenue generated per month.
    • Activation turnaround time.
    • Territory coverage consistency.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. (Upper credit/2.1) in any relevant discipline.
    • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, telecom sales, or FMCG marketing preferred.
    • Experience in selling broadband or tech-related products is an advantage.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to work independently.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Target-driven mindset.
    • Basic knowledge of Lagos geography.
