Female Receptionist / Front Desk Officer at Krystal Medical Centre

Responsibilities 

• Giving a good Impression of the hospital to its patients and visitors.
• Ensuring that the environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for patients and their families,
• Collecting patient information, and updating medical records.
• Logging all registrations for the day into Microsoft Excel for backup
• Answers the phone calls while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent.
• One to two years working experience.

Requirements / Skills:

• Proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in hospital is an added advantage
• Face to face experience with customers
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile.
• Must be presentable and smart (Good-looking).
• Paying attention to detail.
• Fast learner.
• Must reside within Magodo, Ketu, Ikosi, Sangisa, Berger, Ikeja and its environs.
