Job Overview

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fashion Sales Manager to lead our retail store in Ikeja.
• The successful candidate will drive sales performance, manage the sales team, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store revenue targets
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales team members
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching
• Manage daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Create visual merchandising displays that attract and engage customers
• Monitor and analyze sales trends and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Stay updated on fashion trends and market developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite
