Fashion / Retail Operations Manager

Job Description
- Our Fashion / Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our retail store while maintaining first class customer service to clients
Duties / Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure the retail store is always presented and merchandised to the highest standards
- Manage rotas ensuring adequate cover for the shop floor for customer service opening & closing times
- Ensure a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store
- Ensure that all paperwork for the day has been completed correctly
Skills / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- At least 4 years relevant experience in fashion and retail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages.
