Fashion / Retail Operations Manager at Owens and Xley

Job Description

• Our Fashion / Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our retail store while maintaining first class customer service to clients

Duties / Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently
• Ensure the retail store is always presented and merchandised to the highest standards
• Manage rotas ensuring adequate cover for the shop floor for customer service opening & closing times
• Ensure a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store
• Ensure that all paperwork for the day has been completed correctly

Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• At least 4 years relevant experience in fashion and retail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages.
