Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for patients and families.
• Coordinate across specialties to ensure smooth patient management.
• Serve as the first point of contact for general and continuing care.
• Support communication between customer service, patients, families, and specialists.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Fellow of the West African College of Physician (FWACP) Qualification
• National Post Graduate College
• Valid license to practice from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) or equivalent regulatory body
• Minimum 2 years of spa or clinic experience.
• Prior experience in hospital care coordination, patient management, or multidisciplinary team practice is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
