    Factory HR Admin. Executive

    Job Summary:

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all HR and administrative activities at the factory, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a disciplined workforce. This position requires a firm and decisive individual with extensive knowledge of factory staff management, labor laws, and HR best practices to drive productivity and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for factory staff.
    • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee relations, including resolving grievances and handling disciplinary actions decisively.
    • Monitor staff attendance, leave, and performance to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Implement and maintain an effective performance management system.
    • Develop and execute strategies to improve employee engagement and morale.
    • Coordinate training and development programs tailored to factory operations.
    • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the factory.
    • Oversee administrative functions, including facility management, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
    • Prepare and present HR reports to management, offering insights and recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a factory or manufacturing setting.
    • In-depth knowledge of factory staff management and labor law compliance.
    • Demonstrated ability to make firm, fair, and timely decisions in high-pressure situations.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
    • Membership in professional bodies (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
    • A firm and decisive leader capable of maintaining discipline and structure in a fast-paced factory environment.
