Facilities Management Officer at Tamrose Ventures Limited (TVL)

Tamrose Ventures is looking to recruit a Facilities Management Officer.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all facilities management and operations.

Key Deliverables 

The responsibility of the Facility Management officer includes but is not limited to:

1.     Property Management

• Develop and implement a facilities maintenance plan for the facility
• Coordinate and monitor repairs and other maintenance on site

Responsible for the maintenance of the following:

• HVAC systems
• Sewage treatment
• Water treatment
• High Voltage/Low voltage panels and switches
• Transformers and Generators
• Gardening and grounds
• Plumbing and water distribution

2.     Vendor Management

• Ensure strict compliance to SLAs
• Ensure quality service by vendors and providers
• Input into the vendor selection process for FM Vendors

Candidate profile

• Our ideal candidate must have 4-5 years experience as a Facilities Officer.
• Must possess a minimum of a B.sc in Engineering or related discipline
• Membership of IFMA is an added advantage.
