Experienced Radiographer at Memfys Hospital and Neurosurgery

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic and CT procedures
• Analyze anatomical structure of patient, set up equipment and perform radiologic procedures
• Teach imaging students or appropriate hospital personnel established procedures and operation of equipment, in accordance with the guidelines and teaching objectives of the department
• Assist in the daily operations of the radiology department
• Apply principles of patient safety during all aspects of radiographic and CT procedures, including assisting and transporting patients.
• Establish and maintain good rapport and professional relationships with fellow employees, other departments and staff of the hospital.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Radiography or related fields with at least three (3) years post- qualification experience
• Sound technical knowledge and experience in the use of MRI and CT equipment is a MUST
• Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication
