Experienced Loan Officer at Sterling Bank

About the Role

• We are urgently recruiting aggressive, target-driven LOAN OFFICERS to grow the bank’s Loan portfolio.
• This role is for marketers with an existing, verifiable client base who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new clients
• Educate clients on loan products, eligibility, and repayment process
• Ensure complete documentation, KYC, and compliance for all applications
• Meet and exceed monthly disbursement targets.
• Recover loans given out.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any discipline
• 1+ years experience as a Loan Officer/Marketer in a Bank, MFB, or Loan Company
• Must be resident in stated location and willing to do field work
• Honest, disciplined, and "goal-getter" mindset.
