Operations Manager at Apex Data Operations Ltd

The role:

• On-the-ground Operations Manager. This is a field role — you work from client shops across Port Harcourt. Apex has no central office yet, so there is no office to report to. You own client relationships: visit shops, onboard them onto our tracking system, run discovery conversations with owners, manage the sheets, coordinate dispatch/POD reconciliation, and report weekly.

Requirements:

• Based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Strong WhatsApp + Google Sheets skills. Comfortable walking into shops and talking to owners. Organized, reliable, strong follow-through. Sales ability is a big plus.

Compensation:

• ₦150,000/month base + 50% of net monthly profit. Full terms in a written agreement before you start.

How we hire:

• The role begins with a 2-week trial project — find 5 retail shops with fragmented or no sales tracking and run discovery conversations with the owners. Trial performance decides the hire.
