Job description

• Provide academic and administrative leadership across all school departments.
• Supervise teachers and ensure quality lesson delivery.
• Develop and implement school policies, and improvement plans.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and maintain discipline standards.
• Organize staff training, meetings, and school events.
• Represent the school in external engagements and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (TRCN required).
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Must have experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Must be computer literate
