    QA/QC Supervisor

    Lead quality management across our assets and projects — enforcing strict QMS compliance, overseeing multi-discipline inspection campaigns, and ensuring all fabrication, piping and maintenance works meet demanding international oilfield safety and technical standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enforce Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
    • Oversee welding procedures, monitor welder qualifications and coordinate NDT/NDE.
    • Verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and Positive Material Identification (PMI) for asset integrity.
    • Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), identify root causes and track CAPA close-outs.
    • Compile, review and sign off on quality documentation for purchased products and services.
    • Lead regular site, facility and supplier quality audits to enforce compliance.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of quality-control supervision in onshore/offshore oil & gas facilities.
    • Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering (or equivalent).
    • Working knowledge of ASME, API and ISO standards.
    • ISO 9001:2015 Auditor, AWS-CWI or ASNT Level II certifications.
    • Zero-tolerance approach to safety violations; excellent technical communication skills.

    QA/QC Officer

    • Drive our quality assurance and control processes across ongoing projects — ensuring operational excellence and safety by enforcing strict QMS, inspecting equipment, and verifying compliance with international engineering codes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and ensure implementation of Project Quality Plans, ITPs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, piping, structural and welding activities for strict compliance with ASME, API and ISO codes.
    • Verify material certificates (MTCs), ensure traceability of welding consumables and monitor NDT activities.
    • Identify defects, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive daily & weekly inspection reports and turnover documentation.

    Requirements

    • 4–6 years of progressive QA/QC experience in oil & gas services.
    • B.Sc or HND in Engineering or Physical Sciences (or equivalent).
    • ASNT Level II, CSWIP or NACE certifications (a distinct advantage).
    • Deep understanding of QMS (ISO 9001), welding metallurgy, coating and NDT methods.
    • Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills; proficient in MS Office and quality-tracking software.
