    Executive / Personal Assistant to The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

    Responsibilities

    • Anchors secretarial and administrative duties relating to the executive office.
    • Provides support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to the office of the CEO.
    • Coordinates the itinerary and schedule Of CEO engagements with stakeholders to ensure tasks/timelines are met.
    • Tracks and executes approved administrative actions relating to the executive office, which include but not limited to meeting planning, recording and transcription, report writing and filing, mail sorting, etc.
    • Plans and coordinates travel arrangements - transportation and accommodation for out-of-station activities and related.
    • Prepares reports, presentations and required documentations, with utmost accuracy.
    • Engages to ensure that facilities for scheduled events/meetings and related provisions are finalized well ahead.
    • Ad hoc tasks, executive/firmwide projects and responsibilities necessary to manage the efficiency, impact and productivity of the executive office.

    Relevant Skills & Competencies

    • Proven project and brand management capabilities are essential.
    • Strong organizational skills, excellent analytical abilities, and attention to details.
    • Time management to drive efficiency and productivity Of the executive office.
    • Ability to uphold integrity, accountability, maintain confidentiality and discretion of all executive-level communications and documents.
    • Database management and strong report writing.
    • Excellent presentation skills with requisite level of proficiency to utilize the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Professionalism, positive attitude and business etiquette.
    • Strong communication capabilities (verbal and written).
    • Ability to collaborate and engage with multiple stakeholders in line with ethical standards permissible in a corporate environment.
    • Forward thinking, result-driven and adaptable to dynamic situations, while upholding ethical work standards.
    • Open-minded and ability to work with diverse personalities, organizational culture and business practices inherent in a multinational corporate environment.
    • Adaptability and readiness to consistently uphold the values articulated in the PruWay (Company's values).

    Requirements: Educational/Professional

    Qualifications/Profile

    • Minimum Of B.Sc. degree in any discipline and in a recognized University.
    • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or evidence of relevant training is an advantage.
    • 3 — 7 years of cognate experience in similar role and capacity.
