The Executive Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the GMD and senior leadership team by providing strategic guidance, decision support, and cross-functional coordination. This position involves collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization’s goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and support executive decision-making.
Job Details
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Decision Support: Provide strategic advice and support to the GMD or other senior executives in making key decisions, often by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing presentations or reports.
Project Management: Oversee and manage special projects or initiatives on behalf of the GMD, ensuring timely execution and effective coordination across departments.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between different departments or teams within the organization, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment on key initiatives.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against goals, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action as needed.
Executive Support: Manage the GMD's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle other administrative tasks to ensure efficient use of their time and resources.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, clients, and partners, representing the organization's interests and fostering positive engagement.
Strategic Communication: Draft speeches, memos, and other communications on behalf of the GMD or senior executives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the organization's messaging and brand.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational optimization, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and overall performance.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining trust and integrity in all interactions and decisions.
Requirements
Good (minimum 2.1) bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Master degree in Business Administration is a necessary requirement.
