Nigerian women are amongst the most marginalized and experience barriers in every aspect of our society, with most having little or no access to education, resources and opportunities. The significant gender gaps in education, economic empowerment and political participation in Nigeria are glaring and are cyclical. Discriminatory laws and practices, violence against women and gender stereotypes hinder greater progress towards gender equality.

    Executive Assistant

    • As our Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and providing top-notch support to our leadership team. You’ll manage critical administrative functions, streamline communication, and help us achieve our goals efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Executive Support: Provide high-level assistance to the leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
    • Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the leadership team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
    • Project Coordination: Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
    • Administrative Excellence: Handle correspondence, maintain organized records, and assist with budget tracking and expense reports.
    • Event Management: Support planning and execution of events, workshops, and meetings.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, supporting executives or leadership teams.
    • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Adaptability: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion: A commitment to empowerment and sustainable development is a plus.
