Provide executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, personal errands and confidential correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, track action points, and ensure effective communication between the CEO and all units.
Assist in the oversight of sensitive applications, repayments, and special projects assigned by the CEO.
Support administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial services sector.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Ability to adapt quickly and thrive under pressure.
