Executive Assistant to Executive Director at Autogig International Resources Limited

The main responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:

1. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director (ED).
2. Organise the ED’s schedules, appointments, and meetings towards helping the ED to maintain priority of important assignments.
3. Represent the ED at meetings/engagements which he/she is unable to attend.
4. Maintain records of all correspondences to and from the ED’s office.
5. Carry out research; prepare reports, emails, memos, communication documents, and other important documents for the ED.
6. Organise, prepare for meetings, provide logistics for the ED’s office.

Required qualifications, skills and experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree or HND from a duly recognised higher institution.
2. Proven work experience of at least 3 years post-NYSC in a similar role.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent personal relationship skills.
