    Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Answering phones and routing calls as well as taking messages.
    • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
    • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
    • Greetingvisitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with the CEO.
    • Making travel arrangements for the CEO.
    • Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree
    • Should have 5 - 8 years’ experience in similar roles.
    • Relevant certifications required.
    • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry is required.
