Executive Assistant at OVERWOOD

Responsibilities

• Managing digital and regular media on behalf of the MD.
• Coordinating podcasts, generating and editing digital content for web, social media, and multimedia platforms.
• Conducting project research, data analysis, planning and tracking.
• Providing secretarial and administrative support services to the MD
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Handling travel and other logistics arrangements.
• Organizing meetings; including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the MD's behalf.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
• Managing the MD's schedule, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
• Perform other functions as may be requested by the MD.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc in any related discipline
• 3-5 years of work experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
• Strong digital and media presence
• Proficiency in presentation techniques.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge with added digital skills
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent numerical, verbal, writing and technical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proactivity and self-direction.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Open to candidates based in Lagos only.
