    Executive Assistant

    What are we looking for?

    • Intelligent Innovations Limited is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who will play a central role in training coordination, project management, and executive support.
    • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, loves organising people and processes, and can support company-wide training activities and ensure seamless task monitoring and delivery.
    • You must be excellent with people, strong in communication, and able to self-manage with minimal supervision.

    What will you be doing?

    • Coordinate and manage all training programs for the organisation.
    • Handle training logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, reminders, and follow-up communication.
    • Maintain a training calendar and track all sessions, facilitators, materials, and resources.
    • Ensure executives and teams stay on track with deadlines, priorities, and deliverables.
    • Monitor and track ongoing company projects and executive initiatives.
    • Support departmental coordination to ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed on time.
    • Ensure seamless flow of information between teams and stakeholders.
    • Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff, clients, partners, and training participants.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    What do you need to succeed in this role?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Management, or related field.
    • 2–3 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager or aTraining Coordinator.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Calendly, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello).
    • Ability to manage multitask, and prioritise time-sensitive activities.
    • Excellent self-management and the ability to work without supervision.
    • Strong people relationship skills; warm, professional, and diplomatic.
    • Exceptional organisational and time management ability.
    • Project management capability with proven ability in tracking deliverables and ensuring prompt response and results..
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
