    Ethics Line Experienced Operator

    Job Summary

    • You will work with an experienced Ethics Line team to provide whistleblowing services to clients beyond Nigeria.
    • The primary focus of your role will be to ensure that subscribers to the KPMG Ethics Line are provided whistleblowing services in line with the firm's policies, local regulation and best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and review call sheet memos Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly summary reports
    • Be involved in onboarding of clients on the Ethics Line Platform as well as performing risk management activities
    • Coordinate administrative tasks such as maintaining client files and subscription renewals
    • Be involved in job economics such as invoicing and follow-up with Ethics line subscribers for subscription payment
    • Perform trend analysis and research on industry
    • Make presentations on research/analysis performed
    • Develop presentation/awareness posters for clients
    • Any other tasks assigned by the Manager/Partner

    Qualifications

    • 2-4 years experience of working in a reputable organization
    • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by complainants
    • Strong analytical skill
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated, with ability to manage own workload and negotiate priorities
    • Strong organizational skill and attention to details
    • Strong verbal communication and business writing skills
    • Discretion essential with respect to preserving confidential information
    • Strong interviewing and probing skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
    • Technical fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, research tools and an ability to test and adapt to new processes and technology
    • Proficiency in more than one language (i.e., English and another language e.g., Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo or French will be an added advantage
