    Job Description:

    • To oversee the management of the organisation's investment portfolio with a view to securing and maximizing rental income. 
    • Inspection,Market survey and Analysis of Asset
    • Facility/Property Management
    • Marketing company properties for sale and letting
    • Tenant Selection

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of HND/BSC in Estate Management
    • 35 years minimum experience in a similar position in a reputable organization.
    • Candidate should be confident,selfstarter,with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
    • Candidate must know how to drive
