    ER In-charge

    Job Description:

    • Lead the Emergency Room department, ensuring efficient operation and delivery of high-quality emergency care.
    • Develop and implement ER protocols and guidelines, and ensure staff compliance with hospital policies and emergency procedures.
    • Monitor patient flow and departmental resources to optimize care delivery and reduce wait times.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards of emergency care and readiness.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field,with a current RN license.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in emergency medicine, withat least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment, making quick and effective decisions.
