Position's overview:
Tdh seeks to recruit 30 field data collectors (enumerators), to meet the needs for conducting data collection towards monitoring of activities. The monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Unit relies on external support (these enumerators) to collect real-time monitoring data, baseline and end-line data, including research and evaluation for different projects. Enumerators will participate in different pieces of training (depending on the intended assessment or monitoring) to be briefed and trained prior to being deployed to the field.
The field data collector (enumerator) will sign a work-based contract, based on the needs and available opportunities for data collection, thus, it will be upon the request of M&E Unit, a successful enumerator in the pool is called for data collection, depending on the type of survey, when the need arises.
Also, this enumerator's position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in field data collection while conducting these surveys for monitoring of activities, which play a critical role in planning and carrying out data collection. Overall, it’s expected that the enumerator will work closely with the M&E Unit team and project team to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
